Fit & Fall Proof
A free 30 minute exercise class for those 55+. Focus of this class is on strength, balance and endurance.
All fitness levels welcome. No library card required.
We are happy to bring our Fit and Fall Proof class back, with modifications.
We are always keeping the safety of participants and library staff in mind, this may mean making additional modifications to this program.
Here are the new guidelines
- Registration beforehand is required
- Registration closes 30 minutes before class
- You may only register for one class session at a time

- Class size is limited to 8 participants
- 6′ social distancing is required
- All equipment is sanitized after each session
