Kuna Library has been selected to participate in 2018’s Let’s Talk About It series through the Idaho Commission for Libraries. This program is a book club for adults ages 18+ to explore the Humor and Satire genre, and then discuss the book with selected scholars from around Idaho. Sign ups have begun. Adults, every time you finish reading a book, you can enter your name into a drawing to win a book? Drawings held every Monday and the winner will be notified. Entry forms are located at the circulation desk. Drawings open to adults 18 and over.

 

Fit and Fall ProofFit And Fall Proof 

For ages 55+
Classes offered Monday 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
Wednesday 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
Friday 11:30 am – 12:15 pm


  
Participants may register at the door at any session.
This free fitness program is designed to help senior citizens prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance and endurance which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping.  All fitness levels are welcome!

For ages 55+
Offered each month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday from 1-2 pm

Join us in the library conference room for  an hour of fun and socializing. We’ll have games, movies and more! 

 

The More You KnowThe More You Know

Open to ages 16+

During the course of this program we’ll cover a variety of topics including finances, building a resume, food safety, car maintenance, interviewing skills and more!
