Fit And Fall Proof 

For ages 55+
Classes offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:30 pm – 12:15 pm
  
Participants may register at the door at any session.
This free fitness program is designed to help senior citizens prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance and endurance which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Forever Young

For ages 55+
Offered each month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday from 1-2 pm

Join us in the library conference room for  an hour of fun and socializing. We’ll have games, movies and more! 

The More You Know

Open to ages 16+
Offered the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm

During the course of this program we’ll cover a variety of topics including finances, building a resume, food safety, car maintenance, interviewing skills and more!
