We offer programs just for our adult patrons. One of our most popular programs is Fit and Fall Proof a free exercise class designed with exercises to help prevent injury. We also offer a book club and the chance for adults to win a book each time they read a book!  

 

Read a Book – Win a Book

Adults, every time you finish reading a book, you can enter your name into a drawing to win a book? Drawings held every Monday and the winner will be notified. Entry forms are located at the circulation desk. Drawings open to adults 18 and over.


Fit And Fall Proof 

For ages 55+
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
  
Participants may register at the door at any session.
This FREE fitness program is designed to help senior citizens prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance and endurance which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!
