We offer programs just for our adult patrons. One of our most popular programs is Fit and Fall Proof a free exercise class designed with exercises to help prevent injury. We also offer a chance for adults to win a book each time they read a book!  

 

Fit And Fall Proof 

Beginning June 14, 2021

Offered Monday and Friday at 11:30 am
For ages 55+

This FREE fitness program is designed to help senior citizens prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance and endurance which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!

We’ve put together a list of some online activities, learning resources, live webcams, research tools, and virtual tours you can use to help pass the time, and stay active while we all do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 through practicing social distancing and self-quarantine.
