Creative Writing 2023 FallCreative Writing

Open to writers ages 12 and older 

Develop your creative writing skills with a monthly prompt and hear and share stories with other participants. No registration is required. Attend one session or all sessions! All levels of writers are welcome.

Fit and Fall Proof 2023 FallFit and Fall Proof 

For ages 55+

 

This FREE fitness program is designed to help senior citizens prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!
