Fit and Fall Proof
A FREE fitness program designed to help older adults prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, mobility, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!
During June and most of July, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Mondays and Thursdays at 11:30.
Beginning July 29, 2024 Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 am.
