Design Build Services

Notice is hereby given that the Kuna Library Board of Trustees, Kuna, Idaho, invites Request for Qualifications for
DESIGN BUILD SERVICES. This Request for Qualifications is intended to select a team that consists of an architectural firm
and a construction company to provide services for an office addition at the Kuna Library.

Qualification proposals must be delivered to the Kuna Library District located at 457 N Locust, Kuna, Idaho, 83634, no
later than November 10, 2025, 12:00 pm. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered.
The Request for Qualification and related documentation is available at the Kuna Library District, 457 N Locust, Kuna,
Idaho, 83634, or online at kunalibrary.org.

The Kuna Library Board reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional proposals, to
waive any informalities, to reject all proposals, or to accept the proposal or proposals it deems in the best interest of the
Kuna Library District.
