Fit and Fall Proof

A FREE fitness program designed to help older adults prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, mobility, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!

During June and July, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Mondays and Fridays at 11:30. 
Beginning the week of  August 4, 2025, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:30 am.

On Friday, March 6 participants in our Homeschoolers @ the Library program shared details about their favorite books with the group. 💖

Our homeschoolers program is offered on Friday mornings from 9:30-10:30.
All school-age kids and their adult are welcome to attend.
