Fit and Fall Proof

A FREE fitness program designed to help older adults prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, mobility, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!

During June and July, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Mondays and Fridays at 11:30. 
Beginning the week of  August 4, 2025, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:30 am.

We want to share a few pictures of participants in our Story & Yarn program working on their projects. 😍 Crocheting, knitting, weaving, and needlepoint are among the creative projects these talented people work on during the program.

Yarn crafters of all ages and skill level are welcome to join us on Fridays from 3:00-5:00 pm.

On Friday, March 13, 2026, the special guests at our Homeschoolers @ the Library program were wonderful yoga instructors from Oasis Yoga Studio. They led us through a fun, relaxing and educational workout!
