Fit and Fall Proof

A FREE fitness program designed to help older adults prevent injury. Participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, mobility, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent accidental falls and tripping. All fitness levels are welcome!

During June and July, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Mondays and Fridays at 11:30. 
Beginning the week of  August 4, 2025, Fit and Fall Proof is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:30 am.

Friday, January 30 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am is our Hobby & Talent Showcase!

🎙School-age kids are invited to share/perform.
🎙Maximum performance/presentation time is 5 minutes.
🎙Content, theme, and costumes must be suitable for young children.
🎙Minimal props/setup and safety for self and audience is a must.

If you'd prefer not to perform, we hope you'll join us as an audience member.
