Appointments are available Monday – Friday
Appointment times vary by day.

Passport photo services are available at Kuna Library, cost is $15 per person.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment with your ID, payments, and all required documents
completed in black ink.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule.

Only two applicants per appointment slot.
Additional appointments must be reserved for parties of three or more.

If no appointments show on the calendar, we do not have any openings, please check back.

Ages 16+

What do I need?

For minors ages 16 & 17 at least one parent or guardian must be present to sign and present ID.

Bring one of the following:

Valid Driver’s License
Current passport
Government employee ID
Recent certification of naturalization

Proof of U.S. Citizenship

If you were born in the U.S. you must submit one of the following:

Previous U.S. Passport (required if available)
Certified birth certificate (must contain the name of the parents)

If you were born in a foreign country you must submit one of the following:

Naturalization Certificate
Pervious U.S. Passport

What do I need?

For a new or a renewal passport for a child ages 15 and under, the child and both parents, or the child’s legal guardians (s) must be present at the appointment.
